The House Next Door Exterior Updates
We went right to work on the exterior because it was warm outside when we bought the house. In the front, we replaced the porch columns with updated columns, cut down the overgrown landscaping, repaved the asphalt driveway, and installed a new garage door.
In the back, we removed two windows on the rear of the house that were in the way of our new kitchen design and replaced two windows on the side of the house. We also removed the screened in porch and opted for an open porch with a new beadboard ceiling. After tearing out overgrown landscaping, we replaced a lot of the fence in the backyard and planted new landscaping.
